WEEKLY - Classes and Activities at The Commons

Get Fit!  Fall & Winter
When: Monday, Wednesday, Friday (8am - 9am)
What: Cardio and Strength Intervals 
Who:  Class taught by Donna Mattson, who is ACE certified.

Bring your water bottle plus an exercise mat and light weights if you have them (if not, The Commons has some extras). There is no charge for this class, but donations to The Commons are appreciated. 

The Commons also has an exercise room available during open hours: treadmills, recumbant bikes, ellipticals, and more. 

Men's Coffee Hour
When: Tuesdays at 10am
What:  A variety of area men meet for a coffee, chats and laughs.  Learn about the local area from long time residents.



Children's Story Hour
When: Wednesday at 10am 
What:  A fun story time for younger children with books, songs, and crafts.

Women's 12 Step Program
When: Saturdays @ 12:15pm
What:  Weekly support group for women to aid in the recovery from eating disorders and to offer assistance in eating healthy.
MONTHLY

​Card Making Class

When: Select Tuesday mornings, once a month at 10:00 am
What:  Creativity is unhindered when this group comes together.  Vicky Jensen brings all of her supplies so the participants can make a card 


Craft Evenings (Laughs & Lattes) 
When:  We have a goal to host at least one, if not two, crafting events each month.  These have included oil painting, alcohol ink painting on tiles,  silk screening t-shirts and much more.  Click below to see the Events Calendar.   Click on an event to see more details.
